Suitable for use with EADS THR850 & THR880, Motorola MTH650 & MTH800 and Sepura SRP2000.

The product is based on a standard 3 wire covert kit manufactured in the USA. This consists of a connector that plugs into the base of the radio terminal with 3 leads coming from it. The first lead terminates in a small cylindrical microphone which has a safety pin for attaching it to the users clothing collar.

This can be worn inside the lapel for covert duties. The second lead terminates in a 2 pin plug. This is normally plugged into a small audio transducer mounted on a spring clothing clip which is clipped to the user’s collar.

From there a thin transparent coiled plastic tube goes to an ear tip. This provides around 15dB of background noise attenuation for use in moderately noisy environments. The third wire normally terminates in a barrel PTT, but we can as an option introduce an in line socket to which a variety of PTT switches can be attached.

Using the same earpiece style as the LEP-EM2, except this version comes with a rugged in-line microphone and push to talk button. A curly cord lead to the adjustable earbud and loop makes this product versatile and popular amongst a variety of different users.

This is a low cost listen only earpiece with a soft flexible D frame to make it comfortable to wear and take on and off.
